The Anne Collier and Jack Goldstein exhibition on at the Nottingham Contemporary at the moment is pretty great.
Jack Goldstein’s paintings and film projections in particular were amazing. The sense of bright light he gives from just paint is incredible, works great on such a large scale. Also, the audio wall is good, each recording doesn’t sound like much on it’s own but when you read the idea behind it, and put it into the context of the colour and subject, it’s really quite great. Gotta see it to fully understand/form an opinion really.
